CEO/FOUNDER, BLACKSHIELD CYBER INC. CYBER WARFARE EXECUTIVE | MASTER HACKER | CORPORATE SPEAKER | PHILANTHROPIST
In the world of cyber security, there are few people who have the capability of Dioly Alexandre. In the world of business, there are few who have done so much in so little time. A young man in his early 20s born in the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, Dioly immigrated to the United States at the age of 5 and lived in one of the highest crime rate areas in the United States. Early on Dioly took interest in computers and business, eventually finding the dark web in hacking. By the time he was 10 years old Dioly was infiltrating library networks and district servers as his skills and tactics became more advanced. By the time he graduated middle school, Dioly had full control of nearly half of the school systems on the eastern coast. after several years as a Naval Sea Cadet through high school, Dioly graduated to work for the largest department of criminal justice in the country at 18 years old. After doing many short-term contracts for fortune 500, fortune 100, government, and small to medium businesses alike, Dioly decided it was time to launch the company which would utilize the skills he had learned over the years to protect the industries that make our world go around.
Today, Dioly heads BlackShield Cyber Inc., a fast-growing cyber warfare company located in Phoenix Arizona which specializes in Critical Infrastructure and projected to be worth over 110 million USD in the next 5 years. BlackShield is well known for going well beyond the antivirus and firewall standard of the industry. They have built a reputation for always getting into a system, every time. Clients of BlackShield Cyber have been banking institutions on wall street, Chemical companies in phoenix, and government entities on Washington itself. Dioly enjoys sharing his knowledge and tactics with small and large businesses alike, helping to protect Americas infrastructure and data one system at a time, one mind at a time. He has spoken at several conferences and events around the phoenix valley and has been the special guest at several conferences since heading BlackShield. Outside of BlackShield, Dioly also heads a nonprofit which aims to get minority youth and young women into the IT field by proving the training to receive industry certifications before graduating. Outside of business, Dioly is a husband and father to a 2-year-old son named after the 49rs stadium. When he gets the chance, Dioly is still a heavy computer gamer and is a huge fan of Star Citizen. As he says during an interview “I’ll happily spend $5,000 on a computer system no questions asked, but if my restaurant bill is more than 100 for two, we have ourselves a situation”.
